Information Collection, Use and Sharing
OTCC is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We do not share information you may have provided to us with any third party outside of our organization.

Your Access to and Control Over Information
You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time and may require us to destroy any information we hold that you have provided to us. If you want us to make any changes to the information you provided, please contact us via the email address or phone number given on our website.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Terms & Conditions required to be recognised and accepted by registrants for any event are as follows:

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENTS
* All prices shown are in New Zealand Dollars.
* Early Bird Prices apply only if registration and payment are both received by OTCC on or before the Early Bird rate close off date.
* Payments can be made by Direct Credit, Telegraphic Transfer, Credit Card though PayPal and PayPal.
* All prices shown are the amounts to be received by OTCC, net of any bank charges; other fees shall be borne by the participants.
* Registrations can be made only by submitting an online registration form and making payment in full.
* Registrations are non-transferrable.

CANCELLATIONS
* Registrants can cancel their registrations by emailing OTCC.
* For cancellations before 8th February 2024 there will be a full refund less a $50.00 administration fee.
* For cancellations between 9th February to 8th March 2024 there will be a refund of 50% of the amount paid.
* No refunds will be made for cancellations after 8th March 2024.

* OTCC reserves the right to amend and / or cancel any or all of the scheduled events.
* Should the Oceania Congress and Championship be cancelled for any reason, no fees including fees for registration, workshop, competition or performance shows, will be refunded but favourable consideration will be given to granting a credit to be carried forward and applied to a future Oceania Congress and Championship.

WORKSHOP & MILONGA REGISTRATION CHANGES
* Participants can make one (1) change only in Workshop and Milonga selections free of Charge.
* For two or more selection changes, an administration fee of $10.00 will be charged for each change.
* If a participant wishes to add Workshops & Milongas, these will be priced according to the individual event purchase prices.

PHOTOS & VIDEOS
* OTCC is permitted to publish any photos or videos recorded during any event during the Oceania Congress and Championship.
* No photos, videos or other image recordings shall be used by any participant for commercial purposes or monetary gain .
* No photos or video recordings are to be taken or made during classes, performances, shows and / or championship events, without the prior permission of OTCC or the relevant teachers.

WAIVERS
* Registrants agree not to hold OTCC or its officers, employees, shareholders, contractors and agents, (collectively “the Group”) in any way responsible for harm or injury known or unknown at the time of release including exposure to or contracting COVID-19 as a result of attending or participating in the event and agrees to bring no claim or action at law or of any kind against the Group. Attendees by registering acknowledge that dancing and participating in crowd activities may pose special risks of injury and harm inherent in sport, group activity and physical activity. Each attendee waives and releases the Group individually and collectively from any liability for harm, damage, or injury, and agrees to bring no claim, action, lawsuit against the Group, separately or collectively.
